This machine is mainly used for the cooling of old sand in the sand treatment system. Each sand flow stays in the machine for 2 minutes, which can be fully cooled, the pre-mixing can be completed at the same time of cooling, and the old sand after cooling can reach three uniformity: uniform temperature, moderate uniformity and uniform composition create favorable conditions for the sand with stable mixing performance
At work, the hot old sand after humidification (about 4-5% moisture) is sent into the body through the feeding port, which is strongly stirred by the scraper and presents two circular motions in the disk.At the same time, cool air is pumped into the machine from the inlet on the ring to conduct heat exchange with the sand. The hot air is discharged from the machine outside by the exhaust pipe on the top. Under the action of the sand external scraper, the unloading door on the side wall is pushed and discharged out of the machine.
