The material of grid plate is 16Mn steel plate. All welds are continuous welds (with single groove and fillet welds), and the welds are required to be smooth and uniform. Flux cored wire and CO2 gas shielded welding are used to increase the service life of the machine. After welding, aging treatment and two annealing stress relief treatment are adopted.
The spring material is 60Si2Mn, and the hardness of heat treatment is HRC44-58. The surface is oxidized and strengthened by shot peening. The two ends are tightly ground, and the orientation is guided by the guide cone of the inner hole of the spring. The roughness of contact surface between vibrating body and resonance spring is 12.5.

Working principle:
