Working principle

Smoke and dust are generated by the negative pressure of the fan and enter the purifier through the exhaust port. The polluted air flow enters the deflector channel. After the large particles of dust collide with the deflector plate, they fall into the ash collection drawer under the effect of gravity. The air containing fine particles enters the filter chamber and passes through the filter core from the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The dust is blocked on the surface of the filter core. The blocked dust continuously deposits on the surface of the filter element. When it reaches a certain extent, the filter element can be cleaned manually or the filter cartridge can be cleaned by pulse jet. Under the impact of compressed air, the dust particles deposited on the surface of the filter element fall off and into the dust collection drawer, thus cleaning the entire surface of the filter element. The purified air is then discharged by the fan.
