Y33 belt conveyor is a new type belt conveyor designed according to the characteristics of the casting workshop. It is an ideal material conveying equipment for sand treatment. It is mainly used for conveying new sand, old sand, molding sand, coke, limestone and other materials in the casting workshop.
2.Structural characteristics of
1) the drive system is composed of cycloidal pin wheel reducer, sprocket and chain.The cycloidal needle wheel reducer can be arranged flexibly under, above or on the left or right side of the frame according to the site space.
2) there are two types of driving drum: smooth steel plate drum and plastic drum.In general, smooth roller is preferred. When driving torque is large and friction force is needed, glue roller can be selected.When materials need magnetic separation, S97 series permanent magnet belt pulley can be selected, and its installation size is exactly the same as the driving roller of this series belt conveyor.
