Rubbing and recycling is a kind of high performance sand regenerating equipment, which has the features of high film removal rate (adjustable) and good roundness of sand grains.
Main technical features:
1. Adopting the principle of regeneration mainly based on friction, high film removal rate and low crushing rate can effectively improve sand grain shape and distribution.
The sand is boiled by air blast. Sand is rubbed between two sets of high-speed rotating friction wheels to achieve the purpose of film removal and dust removal.
The friction wheel is made of high hardness material. It has a long service life and is easy to replace.
Compressed air is used to sweep the bearing part. The bearing has a long service life and good sealing effect.
