This series belt feeder is mainly used for feeding materials such as new sand, moulding sand and treated old sand in casting workshop. It is not suitable for materials with large lumpiness, mixed iron and high grinding ability.

The feeding capacity of this machine is large, easy to adjust the feeding quantity, but also under the control of the time relay quantitative feeding. According to the feeding direction the machine can be divided into one-way feeding and two-way feeding; According to the installation is divided into hanging type and seat type. In order to ensure the accuracy of feeding, the active roller is coated with adhesive tape to increase the friction coefficient between the belt and the active roller.
