S45 series inertial linear vibrating screen sand machine is a new type of high efficiency screen equipment, which is mainly used for screening new sand or old sand in foundry shop, and also can be used for screening other granular dispersed materials.
This series sand screen machine has five specifications: B = 550, B = 650, B = 800, B = 1000, B = 1200 mm.
The machine is mainly composed of sieve body, vibrating motor, sieve net, spring and waste sand trough.See figure 1 for details.
The sand screen machine is supported by four vibration damping springs, and two vibrating motors are installed symmetrically on both sides of the screen, and are rotated in reverse synchronously.Under the action of vibration force, the vibrating screen moves in a straight line perpendicular to the axis of the motor. The material is thrown forward continuously on the screen.
The equipment is installed horizontally and the screen is screened simultaneously with the conveying function.
It has the characteristics of small consumption power, compact structure, high screen efficiency, good use of spring isolation and low dynamic load to the foundation.
