The automatic pouring iron water tank is an intelligent and high-precision metal liquid transportation and pouring equipment specially designed for automated casting systems such as high-pressure molding lines, static pressure molding lines, and core assembly molding lines. This equipment adopts servo tilting control + intelligent flow regulation + safety interlock protection technology to achieve fully automatic, without splashing, constant flow rate, and high repeatability accuracy iron water pouring operations from the melting process to the pouring port of the molding line. It significantly improves the stability of casting quality, production efficiency, and operational safety.
