Product Description of Automatic Pouring Ladle
The automatic pouring iron water tank is an intelligent and high-precision metal liquid transportation and pouring equipment specially designed for automated casting systems such as high-pressure molding lines, static pressure molding lines, and core assembly molding lines. This equipment adopts servo tilting control + intelligent flow regulation + safety interlock protection technology to achieve fully automatic, without splashing, constant flow rate, and high repeatability accuracy iron water pouring operations from the melting process to the pouring port of the molding line. It significantly improves the stability of casting quality, production efficiency, and operational safety.
Widely used in mass-production foundries for automotive components, engine blocks & heads, pump & valve housings, construction machinery parts, the APL series is a key equipment for replacing manual or semi-automatic pouring and advancing toward "lights-out manufacturing".

1. Precision Servo Tilting Control
High-torque servo motor with gearbox and encoder feedback enables continuous tilting from 0° to 90°, with angular accuracy of ±0.5°.
Programmable pouring profile (fast→slow→fast) adapts to various mold geometries, preventing sand erosion and air entrapment.

2. Constant-Flow Intelligent Pouring
Integrated load cells + PLC closed-loop control monitor molten metal weight in real time, dynamically adjusting tilt speed to ensure pouring weight accuracy within ±0.8%.
Supports single ladle to multiple molds and multi-cavity molds with independent pour settings per mold.
3. Fully Automatic Operation & Smart Integration
Seamlessly integrates with molding line PLC, robots, gating positioning systems, and MES for fully automated cycle: automatic iron receiving, centering, pouring, returning, and empty ladle return.
Supports industrial protocols: PROFINET, ETHERNET/IP, MODBUS TCP.
4. Multi-Level Safety Protection
Anti-overturn mechanical lock: Automatically engages when idle.
Infrared temperature sensor: Confirms mold presence and detects overheating.
