 Gripping Robotic Arm for Sand Handling

The gripping robotic arm for sand handling is an automated equipment specially designed for sand processing systems in the foundry industry. It is mainly used to grip, carry, position, and flip sand flasks on molding lines during casting production.

Equipped with a high-precision servo drive system and intelligent control unit, this robotic arm features flexible movement, fast response, and high repeat positioning accuracy. It is widely applied in resin sand, clay sand, V-process casting lines and other foundry production systems.

High-performance servo motor + reducer ensures ±0.1mm repeat positioning accuracy even at high speed.

Available with pneumatic grippers, hydraulic fixtures, or electric adaptive gripping systems to handle sand flasks of various sizes .

Modular design supports multi-axis coordination, easy to integrate into existing production lines with convenient maintenance and expansion.

Equipped with PLC + HMI interface for parameter setting, fault diagnosis, and remote monitoring, making operation intuitive and efficient.

Integrated with emergency stop, collision detection sensors, and grip force monitoring to ensure safe operation.

Key components are enclosed in IP54+ rated housings, suitable for long-term stable operation in high-temperature and dusty environments.
