Resin Sand Production Line

The resin sand production line is a high-efficiency, fully automated casting sand preparation system mainly used for the mixing and conveying of self-setting resin sand (furan, phenolic, etc.). It is widely applied in the production of precision castings such as automotive components, heavy machinery, marine engines, and wind power equipment.

This production line integrates old sand regeneration, sand temperature control, continuous mixing, automatic molding, shakeout and cooling processes, achieving full automation from raw materials to finished sand. With modular design, it can be configured for single-shift, double-shift or triple-shift operation based on customer requirements.

Product Features

Equipped with PLC + HMI central control system, supports parameter setting, fault alarm, remote monitoring, ensuring stable and user-friendly operation.

Adopts continuous mixer with precise ratio control of resin and hardener, ensuring uniform mixing and stable sand strength for improved casting quality.

Optional pulse dust removal system and VOC treatment device reduce emissions and meet national environmental standards.

Capacity ranges from 5 to 50 tons/hour, customizable according to customer needs, suitable for various foundry layouts.

Integrated with S56 series vibration regenerator or multi-stage screening equipment, enabling efficient recycling of old sand and reducing production costs.

Multiple safety protection mechanisms including emergency stop, gas detection, and overload protection ensure safe operation.
